Ntaba African Safaris is a US-based tour operator specialising in safaris to Africa. Their target market is people aged 45-70+.
Their new site needed to reflect the requirements of their audience. Therefore, we made the site fully responsive. Now the site adjusts to the screen it is being viewed on, whether desktop, mobile or smartphone. This is critical in 2018 as the way people, of all ages, view content online is moving away from desktop to mobile and tablet.
The design of the old website was outdated and didn’t scream “high-end”. As Ntaba safaris are exclusive the website was re-designed accordingly to present a more sophisticated offering.
Design and responsiveness aside there was a lot more to do on the site. We needed to provide a great user experience and excite visitors about the incredible destinations on offer. It was essential for the site to inspire user confidence in Ntaba and make visitors book their safari with Ntaba.
